Divorce / Legal Seperation
In a rapidly evolving society, ending an unhappy marriage and wanting to start a new life have almost become the norm. Yet, couples struggle to achieve this goal with minimum hassle and expense. Legal Document Assistants (LDAs) come to the fore to fulfill this need. As an LDA, Dolly helps couples achieve this goal.
If you both have decided to end your marriage, either by mutual consent or if one of the partners chooses to, Dolly will help you prepare the needed documents. She will also file your documents in the relevant court so the parties never have to go to court. She will complete this process in a highly cost-effective manner.
Dolly can also help if you need assistance to reach mutual decisions on issues like child custody, spousal support, or property division. Her mediation services can facilitate constructive discussions, leading to mutually acceptable decisions. She can also draft a Marital Settlement Agreement that the court will accept. The settlement can be achieved in the comfort of Dolly’s office, away from the intimidating court environment.

Wills and Living Trusts
Dolly can help your family appreciate the value of creating a Will and Living Trust during their lifetime to responsibly plan the distribution of your assets to their beneficiaries after you are no longer on this earth.
Through the Trust, you can also give power of attorney to your trusted relatives or friends in case of an emergency or if you become incapacitated to care for your affairs.
The Trust can also create an advance healthcare directive for you or your loved ones, your doctor, or the hospital to make crucial decisions regarding your healthcare or treatment options if you are not in a state to express your desires. The Trust document qualifies you to make these important decisions while still healthy, ensuring your wishes are respected when you aren't in the best health.
